Shot for a “vertiscope” format by mounting the RED Komodo sideways and combining Atlas Orion 2x Anamorphic lenses mounted at 90 degrees, stretching the vertical (tall) 17:9 sensor into a near perfect square. With some minor cropping, the end result is a 1:1 aspect ratio that still retains the unique optical characteristics associated with anamorphic lenses.
